Job summary

Mitchells & Butler PLC in London is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, lead and train a kitchen team, and ensure dishes meet brand standards. You’ll manage stock, assist with ordering, and help deliver great guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers opportunities for progression and development within a pub group known for its distinctive venues and strong brand presence.

As Kitchen Team Leader at The Commercial, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
