Mitchells & Butlers in the UK is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader for the Marmalade Pot. You will support the Head Chef, lead your kitchen crew, manage the branded menu and train chefs to deliver great service.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.

• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
