Job summary

Red Lion in Solihull is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to work with the Head Chef, building a kitchen to be proud of and leading a team to deliver high-quality, branded menu items. You will train staff, drive performance, manage stock and food prep, while ensuring health and safety standards are met.

Job description

As Kitchen Team Leader atthe Red Lion, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
