Greene King’s Farmhouse Inns is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide a busy kitchen, ensuring every dish meets our high standards and service runs like clockwork. You’ll support and develop the team, coordinating during peak times to keep quality and speed on track.

In this role you’ll model excellence, keep hygiene and safety at the forefront, and deputise for management when needed. If you’re passionate about great food and teamwork, this is the place to shine.

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example making sure the team have everything they need so service runs like clockwork! You’ll support your team by encouraging and helping them to work well together, ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards.
