Job summary

Farmhouse Inns is recruiting a Kitchen Team Leader to guide a busy kitchen, ensuring every dish meets exacting standards. You will support your team, uphold hygiene and safety regulations, and deputise for managers during absences. You’ll play a key role in coordinating the team during peak service times to maintain smooth operation.

You will lead by example, fostering teamwork and delivering consistently high-quality food while maintaining our brand standards across shifts.

Qualifications

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will…
