Job summary

Marsh Harrier Limited is seeking a Part-Time Kitchen Team Leader to assist the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will oversee and train the kitchen team, manage stock and support with ordering while delivering food to the branded standard.

You’ll work within the Vintage Inns brand, promoting great food and a welcoming atmosphere. This role offers flexibility, development opportunities, and access to benefits through Mitchells & Butlers."

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of stock management and cost control.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and hygiene practices.

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations and branded menu standards.
