Job summary

Marsh Harrier Limited in Norwich is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to master the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people.

You will train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team, drive to hit targets, manage food ordering and stock, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards within a branded menu environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
• Able to train and motivate cuisine teams to deliver high-quality dishes.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
