Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at the Marsh Harrier in Vintage Inns. You will support the Head Chef to build a kitchen to be proud of, lead a kitchen team, and master the branded menu with a passion for great food.

Qualifications

• Experience training kitchen staff and leading a team.
• Ability to work with a branded menu and standards.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
