Qualifications

• Must be driven to hit targets with your team.
• Experience in food ordering, stock control and inventory management.
• Know how to work with branded menus and maintain consistency.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of.
• Master the menu and train chefs and kitchen staff.
• Deliver meals with pride and ensure timely service.
• Oversee that the team complies with health and hygiene regulations.
