Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for Miller & Carter Hereford. You will support the Head Chef, train chefs, and manage daily kitchen operations to deliver high-quality dishes.

The role emphasizes leading a team, maintaining brand standards, and driving guest satisfaction in a busy steak-focused restaurant.

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Oversee that the team complies with health and hygiene regulations.
• Assist Head Chef in executing the branded menu and delivering guest satisfaction.
