Job summary

Peacock Nantwich is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll train a great team and manage food ordering, prep and stock while upholding the brand’s standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a busy hospitality environment.
• Passion for delivering high-quality food and training staff.
• Strong knowledge of stock control and food ordering processes.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Smash targets with your team and maintain high performance.
• Assist with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Work with a branded menu and ensure consistency.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
