Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is looking for a Kitchen Team Leader for the Peacock Nantwich within Vintage Inns. You will support the Head Chef, train a motivated kitchen team, and champion great food with a branded menu while upholding high hygiene standards.

You will lead with passion, smash targets, manage food orders and stock, and foster a welcoming team culture that makes every guest feel valued.

As Kitchen Team Leader at the Peacock Nantwich, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
