Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams and training staff.
• Knowledge of stock control, ordering, and portioning.
• Familiarity with health & hygiene regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and smash targets.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Drive performance and smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Work with a branded menu and ensure consistency.
• Oversee adherence to health and hygiene regulations.
