Job summary

Toby Carvery - Speke Boulevard is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to train great people.

You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food, while driving standards, managing ordering, stock control and ensuring health and hygiene compliance to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a fast-paced branded environment.
• Knowledge of branded menus, portion control and food safety requirements.
• Ability to manage ordering, stock and cost controls while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
