Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited, operating Toby Carvery in Aintree, seeks a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead and train the kitchen team, order and stock control, and ensure brand standards and hygiene compliance.

This is a hands-on role in a busy restaurant environment. You’ll work part-time with flexible shifts, have access to staff discounts, progression opportunities, and a supportive team culture that values

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

As Part Time Kitchen Team Leader atToby Carvery - Aintree, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of.
