Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Leeds is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to assist the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of, leading and training staff, and ensuring high standards of food quality and service.

You will manage food preparation, stock control and ordering while promoting the branded menu and maintaining rigorous health and hygiene standards. This permanent, full-time role offers flexible shifts and opportunities for progression.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
