Job summary

EGO - Shadwell is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and build a kitchen to be proud of. You will train great people, manage food preparation, stock control and ensure high standards across a red-branded menu, in a friendly Pub & Restaurant family.

As Kitchen Team Leader atEGO - Shadwell, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
