Job summary

EGO - Shadwell is seeking a Junior Sous Chef who is passionate about great food and training teams. You will run a section, lead a kitchen team, and ensure top quality standards on every shift while supporting stock control and ordering.

Qualifications

• Experience as a junior sous chef or similar role.
