Mitchells & Butlers PLC's Ego - Shadwell is seeking a Junior Sous Chef who loves great food, trains people, and delights guests. You will run a kitchen section and lead your team to work as one, delivering brand-standard dishes on every shift.

You’ll develop leadership skills, help with stock and ordering, and have opportunities for progression, with strong emphasis on teamwork and guest welcome.

• Experience in kitchen leadership or supervision.
• Ability to cook to brand standards and targets.
• Support with stock control and ordering.
