Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at Farmhouse Inns in Sunderland to lead a busy kitchen, support the team, and ensure every dish meets high standards. You’ll guide service, uphold hygiene, and step in for management when needed.

You’ll play a key role in delivering consistent quality, training staff, and maintaining a positive, efficient kitchen environment during peak periods.

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example making sure the team have everything they need so service runs like clockwork! You’ll support your team by encouraging and helping them to work well together, ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards.
