Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to inspire and guide a busy Pub & Grill kitchen, ensuring every dish meets quality standards and every service runs smoothly.

You will lead by example, support your team, uphold hygiene and safety, and deputise for management during busy periods, maintaining a positive, efficient kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Be a role model by maintaining high standards.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues as they arise.
