Greene King is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader in Scotland to guide a busy kitchen, coach the team, and ensure every dish meets the highest standards. You’ll support colleagues, uphold hygiene regulations, and deputise for management during busy services. A strong team-player mindset and calm under pressure are essential.

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example making sure the team have everything they need so service runs like clockwork! You’ll support your team by encouraging and helping them to work well together, ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards.
