Job summary

Chef & Brewer is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide a busy kitchen crew and uphold high standards of cuisine and service. You will lead by example, ensuring orders are prepared to spec and services run smoothly across peak times.

You will maintain strict hygiene, support the management team, and help organise the team during busy periods to deliver consistently excellent meals to guests.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a kitchen or food service setting.
• Ability to maintain high hygiene and safety standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
