Job summary

Pub & Carvery in Tees Valley is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide a busy kitchen, ensure every dish served meets our high standards, and support the team so service runs like clockwork. You’ll lead by example, coach colleagues, and uphold hygiene and safety across the kitchen.
