Job summary

Rose & Crown in Ilkeston, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and build a kitchen to be proud of.

You will train and inspire your team, manage stock and food ordering, and ensure health and hygiene standards are met while driving menu excellence and guest satisfaction.

Job description

As Kitchen Team Leader at the Rose & Crown, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people.
