Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is looking for a Kitchen Team Leader at The Sun to support the Head Chef and help build a kitchen you can be proud of.

You will train Chefs, manage food ordering and stock, and ensure the branded menu is delivered with high standards while maintaining health and hygiene rules.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a kitchen team.
• Ability to train chefs and kitchen staff.
• Experience with food ordering and stock control.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
• Branded menu execution experience.
