Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for the Greyhound at Vintage Inns. You will support the Head Chef, lead kitchen staff, manage orders and stock, and ensure dishes meet the brand’s standards while working with a branded menu.

You’ll drive team targets, uphold hygiene standards, and help develop your Chefs. The role offers strong progression and employee benefits across the group.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead kitchen teams and train staff.
• Experience managing orders, stock levels and costs.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a kitchen environment.
• Ability to work with branded menus and deliver consistent quality.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Aim to smash targets with the team.
• Assist with food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Master the art of working with a branded menu.
