Metro Pubs is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide and support a busy kitchen crew, ensuring every dish meets our high standards and service runs smoothly. You will lead by example, fostering teamwork and maintaining exceptional hygiene and safety practices in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you’ll deputise for management when needed, coordinate the team during busy services, and help deliver consistently high-quality meals to customers while upholding brand standards across our pubs.

• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example making sure the team have everything they need so service runs like clockwork! You’ll support your team by encouraging and helping them to work well together, ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards.
