Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide a busy kitchen in one of our Chef & Brewer pubs. You will ensure dishes meet high standards and support your team to keep service running smoothly.

You’ll lead by example, manage during busy periods, and uphold hygiene and safety regulations while training and developing staff for future progression.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to train and support staff during busy service.

• Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy service, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
