Job summary

Cornerstone pubs is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to ensure the team has what they need for smooth service and to uphold the highest standards of dishes served. You will support and develop the team, fostering collaboration and delivering exceptional hospitality at the heart of our neighbourhood pubs.

In this role you will prepare, cook, and present food to spec, maintain hygiene and safety, deputise for management, and organise the team during busy shifts to create a seamless, clockwork service.

Qualifications
