Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at Brockwell Seam to support the Head Chef, master the branded menu, and train a high-performing kitchen team to deliver great food in our pub group.

You will oversee food preparation, stock control, and hygiene, drive targets with your team, and help create a welcoming guest experience at Oaktree Pubs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a busy pub or hotel.
• Able to manage stock and control costs.
• Knowledge of branded menu and health & hygiene rules.

Responsibilities

• Train and motivate chefs and kitchen team.
• Assist with food ordering and prep.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Help drive to meet targets with the team.
• Oversee execution of branded menus.
