Job summary

Brockwell Seam is seeking a Head Chef to lead a kitchen committed to delivering high-quality food and an outstanding guest experience. You will inspire your team, drive sales, manage stock and food preparation, and ensure full compliance with health and hygiene standards.

As Head Chef at the Brockwell Seam you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more
