Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of at Toby Carvery – Stonebridge Island. You will train and inspire Chefs, drive team targets, manage food ordering and stock, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and training Chefs.
• Ability to manage food ordering and stock control.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
