Job summary

Three Horse Shoes is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, lead a busy prep and service, and train a dedicated kitchen team in a friendly pub environment.

You will manage stock, food orders, brand standards and health and safety compliance while motivating the team to hit targets and deliver great dishes to guests. This role offers progression within Mitchells & Butler's pub brands.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a pub or restaurant.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety practices.
• Ability to manage stock, orders and cost control.
• Experience delivering consistent brand standards on a busy service.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Be driven to smash targets with the team.
• Support with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
• Work with a branded menu and maintain consistent quality.
