Mitchells & Butlers PLC is offering a Head Chef role at Brockwell Seam, leading a kitchen and inspiring your team to deliver the highest standard of food.

You’ll manage all kitchen operations, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations while working with branded menus and valued staff benefits.

Job description

As Head Chef at the Brockwell Seam you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more.
