Job summary

Greene King is looking for a Kitchen Team Leader to guide a busy kitchen, ensuring every dish meets quality standards and service runs smoothly. You will support your team, maintain hygiene and safety, and deputise for management when needed.

You will lead by example, fostering teamwork, staying calm under pressure, and upholding allergen controls to deliver consistently tasty meals for guests.

Qualifications

• Prepare, cook and present food meeting specs and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during busy service to run like clockwork.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen and pull together as a team.
