Greene King is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide a busy kitchen, ensuring dishes meet high standards and service runs smoothly. You’ll support and develop the team, uphold hygiene and safety, and step in for management when needed during peak times.

You’ll thrive in a role that values a proactive approach, strong teamwork, and delivering consistently tasty meals in a bustling pub environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen leadership and running shifts.
• Ability to maintain high hygiene and safety standards in a busy kitchen.
• Strong English communication for team and safety instructions.
• Good understanding of allergen controls and safe food handling.

• Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy service, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
