Job summary

Greene King's Chef & Brewer pubs are seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to drive high standards in a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll lead by example, support your team and ensure every dish meets quality and safety standards.

You will deputise for management, coordinate a busy service and mentor staff to develop skills across the team, while upholding brand values and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a high-volume pub or restaurant.
• Commitment to high standards of hygiene and food safety.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Qualifications

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will…

• Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.
