Job summary

Old Gate Inn is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and build a kitchen you can be proud of. You will lead the team, train chefs, and ensure great food from a branded menu.

You will train, inspire and manage the kitchen crew, drive performance, handle stock and ordering, and uphold health and hygiene standards to deliver consistent quality across our Vintage Inns pubs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams
• Ability to train and develop staff
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Experience working with branded menus

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
