The Foley Arms, part of Ember Inns, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to work with the Head Chef, training and inspiring a skilled kitchen team and owning the branded menu.

You will drive performance, manage food ordering, prep and stock control, and ensure health and hygiene compliance to build a kitchen you can be proud of. Ember Inns offers shifts to fit you, generous discounts, training, and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams.
• Sound knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles.
• Strong communication and people management skills.

As Kitchen Team Leader at the Foley Arms, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?

Salary & Working Hours

Salary £13.36 per hour. Hours Full Time.
