Vintage Inns is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and lead a team in delivering exceptional pub meals. You will train chefs, manage a branded menu and ensure health and hygiene standards are met.

You’ll oversee ordering, preparation and stock control, and work to smash targets while fostering a positive kitchen culture with opportunities for progression.

Qualificações

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a busy pub or restaurant.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and food safety standards.
• Proven ability to manage food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Passion for training staff and delivering great food experiences.

• Drive team to smash targets and deliver high standards.
• Support Head Chef with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
