Mitchells & Butler s Leisure Retail Limited is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for Toby Carvery – Hoole Village to support the Head Chef in building a proud kitchen, managing menus and training staff. You will lead by example, deliver consistent quality and foster a positive team culture amid busy service.

The role emphasizes training, stock control and a branded menu, with emphasis on health and hygiene, and driving team performance in a guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and HACCP protocols.
• Ability to manage orders, prep, and stock to support service.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver quality dishes.
• Help smash targets with the team.
