Job summary

Toby Carvery - Worcester is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll lead a branded menu, train chefs, and drive high standards of food quality and service. Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.

• Drive to smash targets with your team.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Ensure conformity to branded menu and standards.
• Oversee health and hygiene compliance across the team.
