Job summary

Mitchells & Butler PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for Toby Carvery - Old Forge in Stevenage. You will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of, lead a team of chefs and maintain a branded menu with passion for great food and training people.

You will oversee food ordering, preparation and stock control, ensure health and hygiene standards, and help drive targets. A friendly, busy environment where you can grow with paid qualifications and progression opportunities awaits.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
