Mitchells & Butlers PLC is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader for the Warrington location. You will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of, manage training for chefs, and ensure standards across the branded menu are met.

The role emphasizes staff development, stock control, and working to health and hygiene regulations, with opportunities for progression and employee discounts across the brands.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team or rota planning.
• Strong focus on food quality and consistency.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations (HACCP) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver high-quality meals.
• Drive target attainment with your team.
