Job summary

Miller & Carter Sarn is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to master the menu with a passion for great food and training great people.

You will train and inspire your Chefs, drive the team to smash targets, and oversee food ordering, preparation and stock control while ensuring health and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to manage food ordering and stock control within a branded menu.
