Miller & Carter in Southampton is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to master the branded menu with a passion for serving great food.

You will train great people, drive targets with your team and help manage food ordering, prep and stock while ensuring health and hygiene standards are met. Join a dynamic, people-focused kitchen at Mitchells & Butler PLC.

As Kitchen Team Leader at Miller & Carter - Southampton, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
