Job summary

Miller & Carter - St Albans, part of Mitchells & Butler PLC, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and build a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead training, menu mastery and team development in a high-quality steak-focused environment.

You’ll drive consistent service, manage stock and ordering, and ensure health and hygiene standards are met. This role offers progression and staff benefits within a supportive hospitality group.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
