Miller & Carter - Greenmount is looking for a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen you can be proud of, and to be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Experience supervising or training kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire chefs and the kitchen team to deliver food the team can be proud of.
• Lead by example to meet and exceed target performance with your team.
• Assist with food ordering, prep, and stock control while upholding branded standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations across the kitchen.
