Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for Toby Carvery – Norton Canes, based in Brownhills. You will support the Head Chef to build a kitchen to be proud of and lead a team of Chefs to deliver great food with passion.

You will train and motivate your team, manage food ordering and stock, and ensure health and hygiene standards are met. This role offers progression and a friendly, collaborative work environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage stock, food ordering and cost controls.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
